We had a real nice weekend; did a lot of heavy outside work and I just can’t wait to get adjusted. We also ate real well this weekend. We have a share in a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).  You pay a set price for the season, go to the farm once a week, and receive an abundance of just out of the ground supper high quality organic produce.  You can also get good organic produce at the various farm markets in the area.

Why should we eat local organic produce?  First of all it’s healthier than the vegetables that you buy at the supermarket. It has a higher nutritional value; and it’s grown without pesticides. The food is also much fresher and it tastes better.  By buying locally we’re also helping to keep farms in our area, which makes it a nicer place to live; and we’re also helping the environment because it isn’t trucked across the country.

What does this have to do with chiropractic? Chiropractic is more than treating back pain. It’s a lifestyle. Chiropractic is about feeling alive, and having a” nourishing” lifestyle as apposedto a “depleting” lifestyle.

Love you all!
